Meet Rogan

Rogan came into rescue recently with a foot in need of medical care. We have several guesses at what happened to this sweet boy, but they're only guesses. Our vet thinks that Rogan had his leg tied up or tangled in something because it looks like the blood supply was cut off to his foot and the skin started dying. Two foot bones are exposed and skin is missing. Thankfully this hasn't affected Rogan's ability to walk. Rogan is receiving daily wet and dry wraps to heal the foot and encourage the skin to grow back. He is also receiving antibiotics and pain medication. If he's uncomfortable, he doesn't act like it; he loves everyone he meets.
