Carter looking good!

Carter is doing wonderfully and is a happy, playful boy. He is great with other dogs, cats and everyone he meets. Carter has received excellent care in his foster home and we have found that he will need to be on antibiotics to help is skin for an indefinite time. He would do well in a home with other dogs, a cat or two, and lots of love. He has truly been a "diamond in the ruff".
