Meet Carter

Carter came in from a shelter with a severe case of alopecia, a skin infection, on most of his body. We think he has had it for some time - poor boy. He looked quite pitiful and smelled horrible when he came out of the shelter, yet he is the nicest boy and enjoys all the attention he has gotten from our volunteers who come in daily to walk him and play with him.
